One of the greatest influences in the breed in his time.  Many outstanding pedigrees carry his influence.  He is the foundation sire of our black herd.   Gone for a few years now he is still a breed leader in weaning and yearling traits.   His daughters are second to none in production.  Every now and then we reach into the tank and use him again.  We used Max by AI in the spring of 2008 and will have offspring in 2009.
